Meditation Mentoring: A devotional journey of deconstruction and reconstruction: In these sessions I weave together my experience and training for over seven years using practices from different lineages to hold you as an individual.
One thing is certain, life can be a lot! The challenges of life can create a perception of reality that is actually shaped by your attachments, fears, fixations… by your unique journey.
Yoga offers us practices to calm, still and steady the busy mind so we become aware that we are so much more than our thoughts and imprints they leave on the way we meet the world.
Where is your focus? Understanding the power of our awareness is so valuable. If we place our awareness within - on what we can tangibly and loving alter rather looking outside of ourselves for the solution to our suffering we can create compassion, find perspective and acceptance. We can release control of what we cannot change to create equanimity and trust.
Once the mind is more clear, understood, calm and steady we can start to listen to and enliven the authenticity of the heart.

Through this work we bring balance through your whole being so that you feel more anchored into who you really are and what you really want. This is beautiful, tender work that unfolds sometimes subtly, sometimes powerfully and in a way that is unique to you.
We will work with both deconstructing the unneeded, out of date, unhelpful habits and reconstructing your inner clarity, authenticity and true essence. These sessions will offer a space to be heard, held, valued and seen.
How this could look for you:
Meditation Mentoring:

One off Mentoring Session:
A one off session to cover a subject/theme of your choice.
One to one Yoga and/or Meditation practices:
This kind of practice can be a one off session or a regular touch point. We can meet online or in person (based on location). We can work with your specific needs to create a practice that really serves you.
